The CEOs lead, motivate and coordinate their teams to work towards common organisational goals, whilst advertising departments make electronic and print advertisements and negotiate with media houses for slots in newspapers and for TV screening time. Entrepreneurs pitch ideas to potential investors, gaining not only economic, but socio-political capital. At the same time, politicians are campaigning through rallies, manifestos and speeches to garner votes, gain the favour of the media and the corporates – all towards the formation of a ruling coalition, which may or may not survive the no-confidence motion in the next parliamentary proceeding.
That is but a glimpse of what goes on during the general course of a day at a CPS conference.
This is not a seminar or weekend training. The I Can. Conference, as we like to call it, is a microcosm of the real world: subjective and comprehensive simulated experience of media, government, corporates, and social/for-profit entrepreneurships where groups of delegates reprise roles of journalists, politicians, bureaucrats, corporate titans, etc. These groups can range from 50 to 400, with a Conference usually comprising about 300 delegates.
We are constantly iterating on our model, adapting it to various geographies, cultures and changes in international socio-political machinery. These enhancements have allowed us to over time add everything from a simulation of the judiciary to national and international economics.
I Can., as an organisation directly assists you in the creation, management and execution of the entire concept. We recommend these conferences for beginner I Can. organisers, and for institutions and individuals looking to customise the concept with us directly.
I Can.'s philosophy is to encourage and empower individuals and institutions to conduct their own Conferences. I Can.X is a manifestation of this belief, where we allow you to conduct a self-organised Conference. I Can., will, of course, continue to assist in terms of intellectual input, theoretical organisation support and access to educational networks.
"It was wow! Being a political party leader made me feel like I was a part of something big, like we were actually forming the government. It felt like every speech I gave mattered. I Can. is truly amazing."

"I was a CEO managing a team, strategizing, negotiating, and involving each team member. I learnt how to lead well and what an actual CEO goes through. I Can. was an experience that's larger-than-life."

"I was the CEO of a Media House and the experience brought out not only the leader in me, but also my creative side. It honed my analytical and decision-making abilities. The tasks were challenging, yet rewarding."

"Beyond-the-classroom learning gives one real knowledge, and I believe I took away a lot from the two-day Conference. I learnt to think. To think fast. To think through. To think logically. Something that textbooks don't allow us to do."
